cards, cards galore...

Today I have a bunch of cards to show you that were made with the February Jenni Bowlin kits, some of them are more on the shabby side and some are more fun and clean looking. There is such a wide range of things you can do with these kits! I think this first card is my favorite. In the add-on kit is a large white round scallop die cut paper. I cut it in half, then folded the two ends in toward each other to create a pocket.
The flowers were cut from the Sweetness paper (by Pink Paislee), the green leafy thing is a 7 Gypsies die cut, along with the 2 cards in the pocket and the little red die cuts that I stamped on. (All 7 Gygpsies items were from the project kit.) Yellow brad was from the add-on.
The next "botanical" card was made mostly with the 7 Gypsies project kit. I layered two of the little cards together in the background, then added the butterflies and stickers over the top. The brad is by Basic Grey and is in the add-on kit.
I completely adored that little glass piece and covered one of the butterflies with it, like a little specimen. I wonder what it was used for in its past life! :)
I added floss from my stash and stapled it onto the card to hold it in place. I think this would be a beautiful sympathy card, with warm memories of the loved one written inside.

The next card started out as a large Jenni Bowlin bingo card. I folded it in half for my card base. Everything here is from the main kit except the Doodlebug button from the add-on.
I layered some of the Jenni date stickers. The "sweet" came from the Sweetness paper. You know the edge that you normally cut off which has the name of the manufacturer on it? I used it for my sentiment here. The little red doily underneath was cut from the October Afternoon paper.
Next is a little Easter card! I cut the bunnies from the October Afternoon card and chalked them in. Everything here is from the main kit except the brad from the add-on and felt from my stash.

Made little eggs from the papers in the kit...
In the add-on kit are these super cute brads and some little vintage papers. I made a card out of this one and stamped with Jenni's Lemon Drops ink.
I used my stylus and dipped it into the ink pad to make the little periods at the ends.
One last quick card - here I used the negative stars that I punched out from the thank you card!
Everything here is from the main kit, except the happy days button from the add-on and the alphabet sticker/arrow sticker from the project kit.

All 3 kits are to die for! Grab one today here at Jenni Bowlin! :):):)
