I have one more project to share that I made with Vintage Street Market's two kits she sent me. I combined the Travel Kit and the Party Games kit to make a gift box and gift card holder. Here I used the paper from the Party Games kit to cover a box, then wrapped the lace ribbon around the bottom of the box. I cut a long strip of tissue paper, then trimmed little cuts all along the edge to make fringe, and lastly wrapped it around in the center of the box, scrunched it up and adhered. I kind of like the funky looking bow it makes!
On the Just For You tiny tag, I cut a piece of the white lace ribbon, wrapped it around and sprayed it with Lemon Zest Glimmer Mist to make it a yellow flower, a great way to customize your ribbon to your project. (The Just For You stamp is by Papertrey Ink.) The cardstock I used was light pink and I sprayed it with yellow Glimmer Mist, and you can tell I had a pearl on the left of the sentiment, which I decided later I didn't like. So I removed it and kind of like how the tag looks! I added some little splotches of white paint too.

On the gift card below, I used a kraft pocket from my stash (Melissa Frances) and embellished it with lots of bits and bobs from the Travel kit, little pieces of vintage paper, a butterfly cut out of the postage stamp, a little piece of a ticket and the numbers tape across the bottom. Mixing the tape in with the vintage items makes it the vintage look a little more fun and not so serious. I used the tissue paper to line the top of the gift card holder.
I hope you will check out her fun kits!
Don't forget about the on-line crop starting this Friday night, March 4th! All of us at Jenni Bowlin will be there with chats, challenges and games all throughout the weekend! The fun starts at 6 pm CST, see you!

Gorgeous projects Danielle! I love the cheery, happy colours ;) They look like cool kits!
BTW, did you update your photo? It's great! (or maybe I am too slow to notice you did it ages ago, hehe! In which case, my excuse would be that I am always too dazzled by your stunning cards etc. So there.)
Yes, I did Ruth! Thanks! ha Set my camera on the timer and took some new pics. I thought it was about time!
Danielle

I really love this creation of yours! You really used something that is not usually being used in crafts like this. Great job!
