Pretty Pink Posh blog hop...

My beautiful friend, Paulina Nakumura, who owns Pretty Pink Posh has asked me to be in on a little blog hop today, and I couldn't resist, as I love her to pieces and her products too! Please, if you get a chance, check out her cute SHOP!

Today we are featuring some of her new dies: the Stitched Borders 2 dies and the Stitched Tags dies.

The paper line I'm using is the Get Happy line by Gossamer Blue cut with these gorgeous dies. First, you can see the Stitched Borders 2 dies in the scallop. I cut the gold vellum paper with the Stitched Borders 2 scallop die and just love how it adds the stitches and nice finished edge to the vellum! The white oval was cut with the Stitched Tags die set. I trimmed it out of the tree paper, so that one of the little trees would be in the center of the JOY puffy stickers. Added some mica flakes "snow", wood veneer snowflakes and my favorite little sequins, the Sparkling Clear Sequins! Love lots of shine lately!

This second card uses the straight lined die from the Stitched Borders 2 dies, and I turned it into a pocket for a gift card or money. I also added a tag from the Stitched Tags die set to write a message on for the recipient.
Aren't these papers and embellishments fun! I used the Get Happy line here again...the Jolly & Joyful paper, wood veneer, stickers, enamel dots and the stamp set. I stamped the wreath onto vellum and embossed it in white for lots of texture. Last, I added some mica flakes for snow on the wreath. And of course, more beautiful Sparkling Clear sequins by Pretty Pink Posh!
Here is what the whole tag looks like... I left it open to write a note to the recipient! The pop dot under the center snowflake keeps the tag contained into the upper portion of the pocket, so it's not sliding all around. "Just for you" was stamped with the 2008 Holiday Tag Collection stamp set by Papertrey Ink.

Now you get to see more fun stuff made with these gorgeous products...it's gonna be a GREAT hop! There are two $25 gift certificates up for grabs. Winners will be picked randomly among the blog hop comments. Comments must be left by 11:59 PM PDT on 10/12/2014. Winners will be announced on the Pretty Pink Posh blog.

Hi Danielle, I think both your card and your gift card holder card are so so pretty. I just love all the sparkle that you used for both. Talk about very festive cards!!! I think that vellum paper with that die cut on the edge is just gorgeous! I love that paper. It looks so rich and really works wonderfully with that die. I also love that you used the tag die for your sentiment on your card for the gift card. It is really cute and again, so festive. Both are just so beautiful. Hugs Lisa G

Love the bright, festive colors in your cards! Nice change from the traditional red, green, & white, and they do work so well. I think it's neat how you were able to get that little tree from the patterned paper in the middle of the "O" in Joy. Thanks for sharing this wonderful inspiration!
