Today is release day! All of the fun things we've been showing you the past few days (and what I have to show you today) will be available tonight at 10pm EST at Papertrey Ink! I have a few more things to share.
While I was making the bookmarks for my last post, I loved how the colorful leaves turned out and thought they would go cute with the Birthday Classics: October stamp set too. What I did to create the background on this card is die cut the large leaf spray from Doodlie-Do into the woodgrain paper. Then I overlaid some colorful leaves to match the shapes, just offsetting them slightly.
This is Santa's Sleigh. I used the little deer image from the stamp set and embossed it on kraft cardstock. The words are cut from Wet Paint Holiday dies.
Here is the new Oh, Tannenbaum stamp set. I stamped the middle of the tree in white and embossed, and then the outer edge is stamped and embossed with silver embossing powder. Aqua goes good with silver too!
"Peace" was cut with Wet Paint Holiday in Spring Moss cardstock.
Really love this stamp set, so many possibilities for making pretty trees.

Here is the Phrase Play #8 stamps and die. Don't you just love this joy die cut? Oh my goodness. I think it's my favorite item of the whole release! I made a home decor project with it, and honestly, this project could NOT be any easier!
The joy frame was cut out twice, once with gold paper and once with vellum. Then I offset the two cuts slightly and sandwiched them in between two acrylic stamping blocks. To hold them together, I wrapped the edges of the blocks all the way around with washi tape. I added fine glitter to the outside for the "snow" by just attaching some glue dots and sprinkling on the glitter. A tag stamped with Phrase Play #8 finishes it off. The gold string I found at the craft store is wired, so you can shape it into little curls. So fun!
You could even add a photo inside if you wanted to, but I made mine clear this time, so you could see through the blocks to get the gist of the project. Also, since you are simply wrapping it with washi tape, you can take the tape off easily, take the blocks apart and change out the center for the seasons! When you are creating the center, just lay the first stamping block down on your table, place the die cuts where you want them, then place the second block on top. No adhering is even necessary, which makes it easy to change it out for the holidays.
On these tags are the new Keep It Simple: Christmas, Keep It Simple: Season's Greetings and Season's Greetings stamp sets. Just like my post the other day, I painted these with chalkboard paint after die cutting them from Tag Sale #4 out of thin chipboard.
The fronts and backs are both painted, so you can write to/from on the backs of the tags with chalk or a white pen. If you use chalk, you can reuse the tags! The sayings are stamped and heat embossed with white embossing powder, then I used my finger to add some white ink over the top to create the chalkboard effect. I added little blooms and sprigs with Bigger Blooms stamps and dies.
The Season's Greetings tag also utilizes the Bountiful Banners dies.

BEAUTIFUL projects, Danielle! Your cards and tags are gorgeous. But, that clear block project is over the top! I LOVE it. I have done a single block with a picture but it doesn't like to stand up. This is so much better. What brand of block did you use?
Thanks for sharing
Susan
