Make It Monday: Two-Toned Sentiments...

Happy Monday! What do you have planned for today? I'm up with this week's Make It Monday video tutorial over at Papertrey Ink. Hope you'll swing by to watch the video and play along in this week's challenge!

The challenge this week is "two-toned sentiments". You can use Papertrey Ink's striped cover plates dies to get this look, or in the video I'll show you how to make these without the cover plates as well. Visit Nichole Heady's blog to see the Two-Toned Sentiments tutorial and play along for your chance to win a Papertrey Ink gift certificate! The Graceful Greetings and Bitty Bouquets stamp sets were used on these cards.

Two-toned sentiment cards:

Hi Dani. Your cards are lovely and truly inspiring. I never would have thought of that idea to 2-tone my sentiments. It's great. I also really enjoyed your class on Craftsy too. I learned a lot of out of my safety box techniques that is changing the way that I craft. It was well worth the investment. Thanks again! Have a great day! PS: Your countdown projects were beautiful too!

I couldn't wait to get home from work to watch the video. Beautiful cards and the technique is so interesting - I can't wait to give it a try since I have the cover plates and love black and white color schemes. thanks for sharing your beautiful ideas.
