Spring fever...

Lots on going to share with you today! First, the Jenni Bowlin April kits are up for sale! I haven't had much time to play with them yet, but here is a peek at the main kit. Everything here on this layout is from the main kit, with the exception of the teal cardstock and white floss. I used a Papertrey Ink die called "Turning a New Leaf" to cut the leaf shapes out of the patterned paper!

I adore the spring colors in this kit! The yellow background floral and the yellow stickers are part of Jenni's exclusive items for this month.

There are also some of the brand new Crate Paper lines in this kit, a little bit of Emma's Shoppe and Portrait! Speaking of Crate Paper, they are hosting a "Spring Fever event" on their blog over the next few days, be sure to check it out!

Here is a spring recipe I found that I wanted to share. How cute are these little "bird's nest" cookies. I made them yesterday for my girls and they loved them! I just bought a quick sugar cookie mix, mixed them up, added food coloring to coconut for the nest and some little jelly beans (or in my case, I found some speckled Whopper eggs to put on top!)
