Roses are red, violets are blue...

Just a couple of Valentine cards that I worked on for Melissa Frances. The card bases are by Worldwin, everything else is Melissa Frances.

1. On the first one I added white acrylic paint to the card and let dry before adding the rub on sentiment, so it would show up better, and added a frame stamp under the chipboard heart.

Supplies: Eleanor paper (green), Ella paper (white floral), Pop Out Glitter Hearts, Holidays Transfer (rub on saying), Framework stamps. Other: card base-Worldwin, white paint, buttons, StazOn ink in black.

2. On the Home card, I added a frame stamp for the little door and a resin keyhole. I think this card base was meant to be a tag card, but I couldn't help but see a house when I looked at it.

Supplies:
Eleanor paper (green), Fresh Twist die cuts, Garden Party Applique Set (resin), Framework Stamps, Hamptstead White Keyhole resin. Other: Worldwin card base, black StazOn ink, machine stitching.

3. The last card is another tag card, but this time I used some of the Melissa Frances border stamps to create a tic, tac, toe board and added buttons and a rub on saying to complete it. Super quick and easy!

Supplies: Border stamps, chipboard (x's), Baby Girl Transfers by Melissa Frances. Other: buttons, black Stazon ink, lace ribbon.

Stop over to the Melissa Frances blog to see more photos and some awesome projects. You won't want to miss one coming up by Linda Albrecht. She knocks my socks off every time!!
