On the 10th of each month, you can view that month's creations over at the Jenni Bowlin Mercantile gallery! The creations for February are up by the design team, and it's amazing to see how everyone's pages are so different! I love their ideas.
I managed to get one more page done with the kit yesterday. I love seeing Taylor becoming closer with our cat, Casey. She typically doesn't like younger kids, so now that Taylor is getting older, they are getting a lot closer! Loving a pet is something I think every child should experience!
The kit contains Core'dinations cardstock, Studio Calico papers and alphas and some Pink Paislee papers, and lots more. I created a ruffle with the Pink Paislee paper by first punching one side with a scalloped punch and then folding the strip every 2 scallops or so. I temporarily adhered it to the page and then stitched over it with a straight stitch with my machine. After it's sewn on, you can fold up and tear the bottom of the ruffle for extra dimension.
For the journaling, I wanted to try something fun. I added the labels and then ran the background through my printer. It didn't turn out exactly how I thought it would, but it was fun to try!
Here is the link to the February kits. Enjoy your day!

Just gorgeous as always and I adore the attempt to print the journaling on the labels - I'm intrigued and may try myself!
