I like the way Jenni Bowlin products take me back to a point in my childhood when I took a summer trip to the mainland (I'm from Hawaii and that's what we call the states). I went to visit family in their small town. They had this little old store that all the kids in the town would hang out at. It was such a small town that the kids were allowed to create "tabs" for all the candy and pop they bought. They all referred to soda as "pop." My time there that summer seemed straight out of an old movie scene. The kind with old styled bicycles, soda bottles, converse sneakers and everyone hanging out on their front porch with small town parades even. I miss that summer and everytime I get my hands on anything Jenni Bowlin I am reminded of how I felt that one summer.

These kits are a great idea. I was a subscriber for a year but don't do 12X12 layouts so I now just pick and choose my JBS products. I can't live without the Bingo cards and the 4X4 paper packs..love the great detail even in a very small form!
