This card utilizes Father Christmas paper and die cuts (ticket and saying). The snowflakes were little ones I found at Target in their holiday section! I topped it with a Petaloo flower. The ticket is popped up with dimensional adhesive and I tied a piece of twine from The Twinery to give a little extra color.
