Creative Cardmaker: Stitched sentiments...

Today I have another post up at the Weekly Scrapper blog for Scrapbook Expo. For this post, I'm focusing on "stitched sentiments", a great way to add a little bit of hand stitching to your cards!

Here I've used the Note Niblets stamp set to create a background, the Quick Stitch Sentiments dies to cut the holes for "hello" and the Stitched With Love stamp set by Papertrey Ink to create the "just for you" tag. I've used Orange Zest, Aqua Mist, New Leaf and Enchanted Evening inks.
Adding hand stitching to a card really adds a soft dimension and handmade, cozy feel. Swing by the Weekly Scrapper to read more about my process!

Aren't you the crafty one, Danielle? Stitching is not really on my radar, but I love your results. The color combo on your "Hello" card looks like a fun one ~ I must try it. Off now to see your posts from SAF!
