Sweet inspirations...

Welcome back to another day of the Papertrey Ink countdown for July! Today we are previewing a few new stamps and dies that will be released on July 15th, including the Colorful Treats stamps and the Tiny Town: Sweet Shoppe dies. 

For my first card, I used a new die called Cover Plate: Scallops. I cut it in white and then used Copic markers to color the different scallops, before attaching it to the card base! A lollipop and sentiment from the new Colorful Treats stamps and dies was used over the top!

Next is a fun little gift box made with the new Tiny Town: Sweet Shoppe dies. I couldn't help but to use the same fun colors with my treat box as I did on the card. 

The awning stripes from the Sweet Shoppe dies and colored them with a red Copic marker R29, then glued them over the top of the awning piece, and did the same for the windows, door, flowers, sign and window boxes - all colored with Copics.

Inside the box is a treat/condiment cup full of Sweet Tarts. (It has a lid on it, so they don't fall out.) The condiment cups fit perfectly! The box is tied closed with twine.
