Stitched Sentiments...

Today Maile, Dawn and I have some Stitched Sentiments projects to share with you! You can find all of these new products on the main page at Papertrey Ink!
This card just fell together by itself pretty much - love how it all works together. I used the In Stitches to die cut the embroidery hoop from Sweet Blush cardstock and banner from Rustic Cream cardstock.

I used brown chalk around the edges to give it a cozy, handmade feel, and stamped the Sew Simple Borders across the bottom in Fine Linen ink.  Just love this banner die!
Here you can see the inside of the card. It was originally supposed to be the front, but I messed up with the stamping and the leafy stem didn't stamp all the way in the middle. See where the two hearts are stamped? That's where my mistake was. I filled it in with the hearts and made it the inside of the card instead!
Love is the Thread That Binds Us card:
STAMPS: Stitched Sentiments, Sew Simple Borders
INK: Pure Poppy, True Black, Sweet Blush, Aqua Mist, Spring Moss
PAPER: Rustic Cream cardstock, Pure Poppy Pattern Pack
DIES: In Stitches
OTHER: corner rounder.

----------

On this card, I stamped two of the leafy stems in Fresh Snow ink and added some berries. I think this would make a super cute and EASY holiday card also by just changing the sentiment to a holiday saying.

The chipboard heart is from the Artisan line by Pink Paislee. It's embossed with a chevron design, so all I did was dip my finger in Pure Poppy ink and swipe it over the heart to bring out the design of the chevron.

You Always Make My Heart Smile card:
STAMPS: Stitched Sentiments
INK: Fresh Snow, Pure Poppy, Sweet Blush, True Black
PAPER: Classic Kraft
DIES: none
OTHER: Artisan chipboard heart by Pink Paislee, pearl by Melissa Frances, corner rounder.

----------

Dawn and Maile have a few projects to show you also!

Beautiful projects, Danielle! I bought a package of each of those Pink Paislee artisan shapes. What I do is just press it down right onto my ink pad-- no messy fingers that way! ;)

I just love the way you used that leafy stem in a different way than all the other design team members.

How clever of you to turn your mistake into a beautiful design on the inside. Love how the leafy design extends onto the left side of the inside. Definitely will be doing that for mine. Great simple but fantastic cards and use of color.
